Sam Campana, Vice President

Sam Campana brings to ADR West a distinguished career with over twenty-seven years directing successful statewide not-for-profit organizations.  Ms. Campana served on the Scottsdale City Council for twelve years, the last four as Mayor.  She served as Vice-President of the National Audubon Society, founded and served as Executive Director of Audubon Arizona for eight years, retiring as Founding Director to join ADR West in 2010.   Familiar with communities all over Arizona having been the first tenured Executive Director of Arizonans for Cultural Development, she has an intimate knowledge of Arizona’s unique quality of life. She continues to serves as Chairman Emeritus of the organization.

Ms. Campana has been appointed by two Presidents to national committees, three Governors to statewide boards/commissions, and continues to serve Scottsdale, the Valley and Arizona on many task forces, commissions and boards.  In the private sector, she serves on the Bank of Arizona Board of Directors and Stratco, Inc.

  • Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Senior Executive Program for State and Local Officials

Sam has worked strategically to bring ADR West the top talent for mediations in Arizona and will continue to provide business development for the firm.  With her participation, ADR West will be a community force for enrichment, education, and a sustainable option for effective, professional mediation.
